Payment, cancellation and guarantee
You pay after the treatment, in cash or by Tikkie. A five-treatment card is paid in advance; it is valid for one year.
Cancelling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, 85% of the treatment is charged, because that time has been reserved.
A pedicure treatment comes with a three-week guarantee. If any complaints remain during that period, they are put right free of charge.
